Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates only.
Orders are typically delivered within 2 days of placing your order. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the delivery location, order volume, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value:
- Orders below AED 300: AED 22 shipping fee
- Orders of AED 300 or more: Free shipping
The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.

We currently deliver to addresses within the UAE only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issue, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
