At Classique, we hope you love your order. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
For orders that were eligible for a delivery fee, the original delivery fee is non-refundable. The value of the returned products will be refunded in full.
Returns are always free of charge, regardless of the original order value.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Returns can be initiated directly through our website. Once your return is requested, our delivery partner will arrange collection, usually within 2 days.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the same card or payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at orders@classiquebylea.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll take care of it.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders of AED 300 or more: Free delivery
- Orders below AED 300: AED 22 delivery fee
Orders are typically delivered within 2 days.
